genAI Video: From Concept to Completion

01 Revision - Shot Breakdown

In the initial phase of the creative process, I offer a thorough shot breakdown. This crucial step outlines the estimated number of shots needed to realize your vision, incorporating both visual and auditory elements of your project. The breakdown includes:

  • Approximate Shot Count: An estimate of the total shots required to craft a compelling and engaging video.

  • Voiceover Concepts: Suggestions for voiceover lines that effectively convey your message, enhancing the visual narrative.

  • Scene Descriptions: Detailed descriptions of each scene to ensure a cohesive narrative flow and alignment with your objectives.

  • Visual Style and Tone Inspiration: A selection of "mood" images to define the video's visual style and tone, offering a glimpse into the ambiance I aim to create.

This approach allows me to closely align with your vision from the beginning, ensuring that every aspect of the video, from the storyline to the visual aesthetics, is personalized to your brand's identity and goals.

02 Revision - Image Sequence and VO

In this second stage of our collaboration, we fine-tune the image sequence and voiceover (VO) script to near completion, presenting you with a cohesive preview of your project. This stage offers the flexibility to:

  • Finalize Image Sequence: Adjust and perfect the sequence of images, ensuring they align seamlessly with the narrative.

  • Refine Voiceover: Make last-minute changes to the VO script to enhance message clarity and impact before the audio is generated.

This step is crucial for setting the direction of animation and editing. By finalizing these elements, we lay the groundwork for what will be animated, ensuring a smooth transition into the visual storytelling phase. This process guarantees that the final product is an accurate reflection of your vision.

03 Revision - Video & Music Draft

At this stage, we progress by transforming the previously established image sequence into an actual video draft, integrating the voiceover to bring the narrative to life. This phase includes:

  • Video Assembly: The animation of the image sequence is edited into a cohesive video file, meticulously synced with the voiceover to ensure a compelling narrative flow.

  • Music Mixdown: A preliminary music track is added, carefully selected to complement the visual and auditory narrative, setting the mood for the entire piece.

  • Additional Elements Integration: Decisions regarding the inclusion of logos, text animations, info cards, and any necessary post-processing effects are made. This ensures all components are in place and agreed upon for the final edit.

Final Revision - Minor Video Edits

In this concluding phase, attention turns to final adjustments, focusing on refining the timing of edits, minor sound design alterations, and graphical element tweaks. This stage is crucial for:

  • Timing Adjustments: Fine-tuning the edit's pacing to ensure every moment aligns perfectly with the intended impact.

  • Sound Design Tweaks: Making subtle changes to the audio for optimal clarity and effect.

  • Graphical Updates: Adjusting visual elements for a polished look.

Note: This stage is for minor revisions. Significant changes beyond the initial scope may incur an additional fee.
